Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 7β11 am. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Its website is lelesroman.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Brooklyn follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

LΔlΔβs Roman, located inside the Ace Hotel Brooklyn near Hoyt Street, is a wonderful find. The setting is cozy and beautifully designed, mixing retro style with a modern touch. Our server he was professional, friendly, and attentive. The pizza and pasta were excellent, fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic Roman style. A lovely place for a relaxed Saturday lunch , and we will definitely return. Well done Leles Roman!

This is an intimate and lovely Italian spot right in Ace Hotel downtown Brooklyn. The menu has everything from roasted chicken, pizza and delicious pasta. The pistachio gelato is scrumptious as well. The service is friendly, professional and attentive. Highly recommendβ

I have to be very clear: our main waitress was amazing. we got a lot of food and wine and it wasnβt cheap per say. But when we got the dessert, one of the servers (not the main waitress) just threw the silverware on our table. That kind soured the overall experience. I think as customers we deserve to be treated better.

We went there with my husband without a reservation and had a great experience. The pizza truly tasted like real Italian pizza, and the service was excellent. The menu is fairly limited, but the quality is definitely there. The dessert was generous and good, though not quite at the same level as the pizza.

Very cute Roman restaurant located in the Ace Hotel right by Hoyt St station. Service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was great. However, the food was not up to the expectation. I tried the restaurant week menu - the cappaccio was ok, but the cacio e pepe was a bit watery and the pasta itself wasnβt al dente enough imo. My friendβs carbonara was very dry on the other hand. Looking at other peopleβs pastas, the quality, portion of noodles and cheese on the top appear not to be consistent.
